Auto Replenishment System (ARS2)
ARS2 generates and forecasts purchase orders using criteria such as sales history, order frequency, lead-time, and seasonality. ARS2 has been proven to reduce the time you invest in the reordering process.
Receiving
Electronic receiving reduces the time it takes to get product to the store floor. The Receiving function allows for item price changes at the time of receiving for accurate margin calculations.
Serialized Item Tracking
ARS’s industry-leading Serialized Item Tracking improves the workflow process and virtually eliminates data entry duplication and errors. Firearm dealers can replace the paper bound book with this functionality, which is compliant with ATF rulings.
Customer Tracking
IMS uses the Mail List to maintain customer information and buying history. The Mail List is a key part of the optional ARS Rewards Customer Loyalty module. Utilizing the IMS internal email capabilities, the Mail List is an exceptional tool for targeted marketing campaigns.
Work Orders
Work Orders track and manage service orders. You have the ability to recall past work orders to gain insight on previously completed services in order to improve customer satisfaction.
Sales Orders
Sales Orders are transactions created in the IMS. These transactions allow for different billing and shipping addresses. Sales Orders are also able to generate picking tickets and packing lists.
Group Price Change
Group Price Changes are implemented in a multiple of ways to capitalize on efficiency and profitability. Easily change multiple items’ retail price, dollar value, or percentage of gross profit.
Promotions
Promotions managed within ARS V6 are easy with customer definable criteria such as start and end dates, flexible promotion price parameters, and sign printing right from the system. Promotion reports evaluate the success of the promotion.
Security
Advanced Security parameters are innate to the V6 system. Employee security configurations grant the type of access an employee may have to specific data and functions. Defined access to system functions requires user login and is password protected.
Courses
ARS V6 manages courses, tracks attendees, and registration to make certain profitability exists in course offering.
GL Totals
GL & AP totals maintained within the IMS can be interfaced with third party accounting packages such as QuickBooks and Peachtree.
Reports
ARS has built-in over 200 filterable reports that provide critical data to base retail decision-making. The dynamic V6 has specific reports containing graphical data charts that ultimately assist storeowners in making accurate, cost-effective business decisions.
Multi-Store
The ARS Multi-Store configuration effectively manages multiple retail locations. Store-to-store transfers move inventory between locations. Multi-Store grants you the ability to do ordering and consolidated reporting from one central location.
