Advanced Shipping Notice, Invoice Import/Export

Reducing the data entry at the time inventory is received and improving the integrity of the inventory data is the primary goal of using advanced shipping notices (ASN) or electronic invoices. Multiple invoices can be contained in the same file using the <invoice> tag. ASN's can also be used to create a new purchase order.
