Firearms dealers have the unique requirement to track serialized firearms to report to the ATF. ARS V6 has the ATF Bound Book integrated within the software, allowing for a streamlined workflow, no duplicate entries, and the ability to have requested ATF reports at your fingertips within seconds. Like other retailers, sporting goods and firearms dealers have a large number of SKU’s to track, and the ARS software will help manage this inventory and allow you to make better, more profitable business decisions. Special orders and work orders are a breeze. The integrated gift card capabilities and the basic or advanced loyalty programs are just a few of the software's assets that will make each new customer a customer for life. We understand the operations of seasonal businesses, which is why the ARS software is designed with planning and forecasting functions to ensure your inventory is appropriately stocked for busy seasons and sales.

ARS has long-standing relationships with most, if not all, of the firearm distributors in the US. ARS imports these distributor's catalogs to simplify the initial software setup and ongoing system maintenance. Additionally, some firearm distributors have EDI capabilities, and ARS has developed advanced EDI interfaces for electronic ordering and invoice receiving from within the ARS software. Some of the larger firearms distributors that ARS works with include AcuSport, Big Rock Sports, Camfour, CSI, Ellett Brothers, Henry’s, Lipsey’s, RSR, and Sports South.

ARS also imports catalogs from over 100 general sporting goods distributors and manufacturers. These catalog imports allow for a faster and more accurate initial system setup and also enables you to easily add new items into the software in the future. Some popular catalogs include Farris Brothers, Jerry’s, Kimber, Orvis, Rapala, and SureFire.
