Firearms dealers have the requirement to track serialized firearms to report to the ATF. Our software has the ATF Bound Book integrated within the software, allowing for a streamlined workflow, no duplicate entries, and the ability to have requested ATF reports at your fingertips. With our software, the paper version of the bound book can be eliminated. Our Electronic Bound Book meets the requirements of the ATF and is compliant with ATF rulings. (2008 ATF ruling)

We have long-standing relationships with most, if not all, of the firearm distributors in the US. We also import distributor catalogs to simplify the initial software setup and ongoing system maintenance. Additionally, some firearm distributors have EDI capabilities, and we have developed advanced EDI interfaces for electronic ordering and invoice receiving from within the ARS software. Some of the larger firearms distributors we work with include AcuSport, Big Rock Sports, Camfour, CSI, Ellett Brothers, Henry’s, Lipsey’s, RSR, and Sports South.

We also imports catalogs from over 100 general sporting goods distributors and manufacturers. These catalog imports allow for a faster and more accurate initial system setup and also enables you to easily add new items in the future. Some popular catalogs include Farris Brothers, Jerry’s, Kimber, Orvis, Rapala, and SureFire.
