You’ll know more than ever about your inventory. But first, a few things about us.

Thank goodness for the ATF. Sure, you probably don’t hear that very often, but the Bureau’s regulations of the firearms industry are what got ARS off the ground.

We developed a software system which allowed gun shop owners and others in the shooting sports industry to track every sale and all licenses. In doing so, realized we could help all sorts of business owners get a better picture of their inventory and more profit out of their products.

And that was just the beginning.

ARS Business Solutions, LLC has been a partner to small and mid-sized specialty retailers since 1987. Our core business has always been the development and support of Retail Point-of-Sale (POS) and Inventory Management Software.  We are proudly headquartered in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota. We service all 50 states and also have an international presence.

Our software is designed to provide a full featured asset management solution, within the base software package.   In 2009, ARS released the current V6 Inventory Management and Point-of-Sale Software Suite. As technology and client needs continue to change, we continue to adapt to meet these needs by developing optional modules that compliment the core software.  These modules include the Rewards Customer Loyalty Program, Data Recovery, Accounting Interfaces, such as QuickBooks and Peachtree, and many other advanced interfaces requested by our customers.  Other services we provide include Data Conversion, Custom EDI and Interface Development, Off-Site Data Storage and Consulting Services.

We are Training and Support

A successful software implementation is dependent upon a solid training program and access to an educated support staff who are available to answer questions and resolve problems. We are uniquely positioned to assist merchants with personalized new customer training and continued education programs, and also offer our customers a knowledgeable, accessible support staff.

We currently have over 1,500 active customer locations, including both single store and multi-store chains.  Our clients encompass many industries, including these retail environments: apparel, bicycle, convenience, craft, firearms, gift, hardware, hobby, liquor, marine, pet, scuba, sporting goods, tobacco, toy, and many more!
